98-05 GS300 2JZGE I6 engine motor mount再求指教

Two front motor mounts both broke. Rear trans mount might be better. Rear one is not difficult to change: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1v77cMmQ4ew#t=45s
But front one I only found a video for IS300 not sure which year not sure fit or not:

 

1. Can I do from bottom as it has more space?
2. Where can I jackup at for front and rear motor mount change?

3. Video 2 asking to remove oil filter and I just changed my oil today before I see that video, If I do remove the filter how much oil will be drain out?
4. Parts, genuine is ~$350, autozone is less than half and ebay is again less than half, is ebay one good enough (some made in Taiwan, Autozone might be Anchor)
5. Can some one give details steps? 
I did looked forums not found enough info yet.
