为什么没人打开coolant drain bolt呢?

在youtube 很多人只打开DRAIN PLUG， 我想SUPER FLUSH Cars Cooling System, 用Prestone Radiator Flush + Cleaner.

请问是不是 drain bolt / DRAIN PLUG一样呢? 我的是honda accord.
