Volvo certified pre-owned 的车值得买吗？

据说Certified pre-owned Volvo有7年/10万迈的warranty. 2015年2-3万迈左右的XC60
大概26000-32000之间。这种车值得买吗？买这样的一辆车和买一辆新的CRV差不多，怎么选择比较好？
