P0446 engine code

1999 corolla 最近两个月出现P0446, 检查了Fuel cap, 看起来OK, 检查了Vent control valve, 好象也没问题.也换过新的 DORMAN 的 VENT CONTROL VL, 但P0446还是出现, 有时Engine Light也自己OFF, 但很快又会ON, 没有别的CODE, 还有那里可查哪?
