请教懂车的大拿：一个有关汽车A／C的问题

2009年的BMW X5，唯一车主，平时开得很少，一年5K miles 左右，车库保存，没有出过任何大小车祸。

一切元件良好，直到前些天送去smog test, 之后没怎么开，左天天热，开A／C，完全没有冷气。

请问：

smog test 会造成A/C 线路出问题吗？一个墨西哥人，鼓捣了很久，貌似个新手，会不会不小心碰到进出口水管？
