问一下金属防水胶的问题

马桶stop valve处突然漏水，不到8年，虽然是最常用的一个，但没人动过它，另两个没漏。明天回买个阀门来换，是拧上去的。发帖是担心，铜水管和螺纹接头的焊接部位漏。重焊接较麻烦，一是外墙是木板油漆不耐高温-即便加隔热棉，二是空间有限。有没有不用火焰焊的？知道有metal weld胶没用过。
