想买一旧车，有的车是从外州来的，会有什么问题吗？

我所在的州冬天下雪，本地used car可能底盘受损比较严重。外州车是从温暖state来的，可能车底盘状况更好？

used car跨州卖，会是有什么问题吗？比如说hidden reports 之类。
