为什么车一上65迈/100km就哆嗦？

CRV，刚被忽悠换了全套轮胎，出去玩了一趟，啃了几个马路牙子。现在一上65就哆嗦。到80更明显。

车行说换轮胎时候做过了alignment，认为没问题。可是以前是不哆嗦的。有可能是什么问题？
