soap gunk

The house must have water that is kind of hard, and current dish detergent is phosphate free so easy to have soap gunk in the pipe, spayer etc. Ask the tenant if theya re using rinse aid or not (likely not). Make them use that. Initial cure can try to use one cup of white vinegar when washing dish. It help prevent the soap gunk.
