Fuel Clean agent VS. Fuel System service

车行建议我给车( 06 Infiniti SUV) 做一次 Fuel System service. 不贵, 加币, $200.有的朋友说, 自己去买 Fuel Clean agent, 自己添加. 效果相同.还有, 里程刚过 110 KM, 需要做 Fuel System service 吗?
