关于REBUILD 引擎~请赐教~

93年TOYOTA TERCEL ,16万公里,今天车行建议REBUILD 引擎,因为现在有一缸不工作(一个缸的内压是40,其他3缸都是170-180)~我对车不懂~请各位兄弟赐教~
