1999 Civic EX idling speed low when car is warm

About 4 weeks ago it had misfire issue after passing by a shallow water puddle, then I changed all 4 spark plugs but it still shows misfire issue, I then checked the distributor cap which seems to be fine, so I changed the plug wire set and there is no more msifire issue so far for the past 3 weeks. But it now shows very low idling speed when car is warm after running for more than 10 min especialy after running on highway and I noticed that the idling speed goes up when turning the ventilation fan speed higher -- previously idling speed when car is warm was very stable and not that low. I am not sure what could cause the low idling speed when car is warm and would appreciate any advices to check this issue. Also I am wondering if anyone could share the 99 Civic EX service mannual/book if you have and would like to.
