轮胎扎了个小洞，需要换轮胎吗？

前阵字老公的车前轮被钉子扎了个小洞，当时也没多厉害，只是显示轮胎气压偏低，然后去dealer，dealer临时给补了一下，挺快的，也不知道怎么补的。但是dealer让老公尽快回去把轮胎都换了。

老公的车子是2011年底买的，现在开了4年，开了4万miles不到吧。我查网上有人说这种情况不用换胎，但是最好确保是把轮胎拆下来从里面补的，有人说要换，否则不安全。

我想问问这里的大拿们，这种情况到底要不要换胎？要换的话是换4个吗？
