疑难症状请教

车：2004 mercedes-Benz C240 4matic，100K km。

症状：车热后发动机发出哒哒声。冷车正常，水温过80C开始听到明显的哒哒声，行驶中水温稳定在90C。
怠速时哒哒声明显，比如等红灯，哒哒声从旁边并排车反射。加速和正常行驶时声音消失，至少是听不到了。
也许是其他声音掩盖了它，或是旁边没有反射物。

做过：oil change (mobil 1 0w40), idler, belt, tensoner replaced

哒哒声依旧，无任何改变。

恳请高手们支招。
