General Motors Thailand plans to begin exports of diesel engines to North America from its factory in Rayong.    GM Thailand will export 2.8 liter, four cylinder, Duramax diesels to the US and Canada, for fitment in locally produced Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon mid- sized pickup trucks scheduled to go into production in November
