engine coolant temperature meter的指针一直在high的附近晃荡

今天开车发现engine coolant temperature meter的指针一直在high的附近晃荡。有时已超过了high的极限。但又有很短的时间指到了cool的一头。回家检查了coolant，还是满满的。coolant加满有一年多了都没下去，看上去挺脏的。
请教大家到底是sensor坏了还是管子堵住了？ 是不是马上要修，拖几天对engine有害吗？
