车子出问题了，请指点

车子是2006 Volkswagen (A5) Jetta 2.5 Sedan， 95,000 miles

在高速上开了15哩后来到停车场，突然方向盘沉重，使劲转动停好车，一会儿，dashboard上的各种警示灯都亮起来了（几乎是全部），包括air bag, Wheel。
关掉马达后再发动，发动不起来了。
两个小时后一切正常。

不知从哪儿下手找问题。

如果是power steering assist failure，会不会车子发动不起来了？
会不会车子有一种保护装置，在各种警示灯都亮起来的时候不让车子发动起来？

当时没有查code，现在查code，没有error code。
