DI water是啥？

DI water 在生，化实验室里常用，但是，此DI与彼DI大不相同。
最 常见的，是De-Ionized water, 是通过离子交换，吸附和膜处理后的水。这种水的标准是水的导电性为18.2 欧姆，基本上是纯水电离的导电性。但是，这种水，你要是放到Autoclave 里，保证你的同事老板会不干的。因为水里的非电解质是没有被 监控的。注意 ，是没有被监控，并不是一定杂质浓度很高。
还有一种，是Distillated water, 也缩写 成DI water。这种水，几乎不含挥发物质，但是，挥发性的有机物质未必除尽，比如氨气，此外，细菌孢子是有可能通过在蒸汽到达净水中。前些年有好几家做蒸馏引用水设备的公司没有通过 NSF的检测，就是因为这个Carry over。
至于车冷却液用水，超市的蒸馏水可用，实验室的DI水更好。这是因为车冷却液是密封循环使用，不存在蒸干 问题，而实验室的 DI水的电解质含量更低。
