怠速

一般车要多长时间，从两千转降到八百转的怠速？

 

如果特别冷，零下二十度，用十分钟正常吗？

 

我的车是等到温度表升到中间，怠速才降下来。听各位的好像，车冷着怠速也是八百。那得多冷啊？
