刚换了2周的engine oil又变成了乳白色，什么问题？

小车最近总找麻烦，2006 FORD FIVE HUNDRED SE。
6周前机油还是清澈透亮的，4周前变黑，2周前出现乳浊液态。
有些奇怪有什么变得这么快，（上次换机油是在6月份，开了4000多麦。）赶紧换机油。
现在刚换了2周的engine oil又变成了乳白色，什么问题？
现在发现车辆的加速性很差，爬坡的时候速度上不去，高速上老是被很多车超过。
还有以前在版上提过的，刚启动时，偶尔能从前盖处闻到机油的味道。
