哈哈， among all cars with automatic trans, only

only honda fit (up to 2014) and cr-v (up to 2014) and jeep cherokee with transfer case can be towed 4 wheel down. many manual transmission cars can be towed 4 down but not all.  toyota and most euro cars are not allowed to be towed 4 down regardless auto or manual.  the reason goes to their internal designs as how the lube is taking place.   above 3 are not using an electric trans pump but mechanical pump driven by wheels (as only as front wheels spin, the pump is running).

i have towed my this little car 4 down (also called dinghy towing) for 3 years with 20k miles, so far so good.
