小动物（可能是松鼠之类）是怎么进车里的，有什么后果吗？

有好几次camping时车子over night后,发现车里有外来的吃的小东西，有时有小的（大米大小）粪便，而且都是在前面，不知各位是否有类似经历，该如何处理？谢谢
