It could just need lubrication. It's no way the bearings, since they are supposed to last the life of the car. You don't have to go back to the dealership where you bought your car from, you can go to any dealership sells the same car,I think.
If I were you I would just go straight to your dealership to have it checked out, don't even bother trying to get hold of someone,
