引擎抖动问题？

2000 Nissan quest 13w。
半年前刚刚replaced timing belt，water pump，belts ，spark plug wite rotor。
可是近来发动机在怠速的时，有抖动。
于是我一个月之前清洗了怠速控制阀。没有解决问题。

可是，当你把 air flow sensor连接线拔掉，就正常了。 转速会保持在1000RPM。

今天我又清洗了air flow sensor 更换air filter情况比之前好了很多，还是有一些轻微的抖动。
也不知道问题在哪里？
