汽车前灯进水

前几天大雨，汽车前灯和下面两个灯都进水了。请问是不是seal的问题。好几天了水好像都没办法蒸发走。请问有没有办法把水弄出来。打开引擎盖可以让水蒸发出来吗。谢谢
