请问我这种情况是否需要做transmission flush

Rx350, 07年，69k英里，以前没有做过transmission flush,现在车子行驶正常，换挡
平和，请问我这种情况是否需要做一下，主要担心是在做的过程中有小渣渣冲进变速箱
，反而好心办成坏事。另外，如果建议做的话，是去dealer那里做还是一般修车铺那里
