新手可以换brake pads和rotors吗？要注意什么？

潜水时 十分佩服这里的高手，什么都能修。终于，忍不住冒出水面，想自己动手。本人自以为动手能力还可以， 家里什么都可以折腾， 但除了车。 我的车是2009年的mazda6， 快6万mile了。去年检时， 建议我换brake pad和rotor。 估计要700刀。我对自己确实没有信心， 高手们有什么建议。 先谢谢了！
