买旧车：registration history 半年注册两次

诚心求教！

2013 town&country,registration history如下：
May 2013：New Registry.
June 2013: Registry expired.
Oct 2013: Registry.
registration history都在同一地区

担心registration history为何变化如此频繁（半年两次注册）。Dealer解释说他是在chrysler dealer内部买入，可能是内部人员频繁换车。不相信他们说的。

请问明白的人大概会是什么情况。会不会是车有问题，lease出去又被频繁退回？
