这辆车以前是警车吗？

这辆 06 Ford Expedition 的历史记录中列出了 (1)Police use; (2) municipal use; (3) state government. 车主说不是 police patrol car, 只是政府其他部门，用来抓动物的。他是在 auction 买的，买来后车后面有个笼子。我担心的是买到 patrol car，那种全天不歇气的三班倒的对引擎应该不好。可是，怎么知道这辆车以前究竟是不是巡逻警车呢 ？
