We bought a Toyota Rav4 here in central California....last April. While parking the Rav4 excelorated, jumped over the parking cement, skid over the sidewalk, hit a handicap sign & bend the pole, the pole hit the building, it left skid markers all on the sidewalk....I still have all the photos. I reported it to Toyota in Hanford, they got a ARBITRATER company to do the checking on mechanics...GUESS WHAT? To save their Toyota-face they said NOTHING IS WRONG!!! That was last year! We only have one car, Rav 4-2013 and it goes fast when it wants to go fast. When my Rav4 injures someone due to defects, the Toyota folks will believe me. They are a bunch of greed based in that company...my opinion!
