2001 odyssey 又misfire 150k miles

四个月前，misfire, 换了6个coil pack, 好了一阵。

大概十天前，高速的时候engine会抖，战战兢兢开了几天，到加油时候，加了costco的87， 还放了一瓶chevoron fuel injector cleaner. 好像好了几天，昨天发现加速上不去，油门踩得多一点，就出来check engine light.

coil pack 刚换过，spark plug 105k 时换过。这个车一直coolant会变少，每星期大概要加一次。会不会是head gasket 坏了，引起coolant 漏，现在又引起misfire?
