考虑买辆小车，刚看了DODGE DART和Chrysler 200

前者base price $15，599,有1500刀rebate，好像因为是政府雇员还可砍800刀，就是size小了点，22Miles/Gallon

200 base price $21,999, 但有4500刀rebate，800刀discount，size和Ford fusion一般，31miles/Gallon。

想问大家这两款车性价比如何？有有这方面经验的吗？多谢
