请教Limited extended warranty and 1 class wheel and tire protectio

New car has  covered 4 years /50,000 miles,whichever come first , dealer quote extended limited warranty 7 years /70,000 miles for $2 ,750, first class wheel and tire protection for $ 1,850. Is it worth to buy ?   extended limited waranty only included 3years/20,000 miles. thanks for help.
