纠结中crv 还是edge

需要添一辆车，suv首选，送孩子，买菜出去玩用的，最后锁定在crv 和edge之间，
看来看去，不知道该选哪个了。
edge，我和老公都喜欢，好像很安全，但是油耗大。算下来5年比crv多不少钱。朋友说ford是问题车。
crv很流行，买这个似乎觉得踏实。
老公把皮球踢给我了，大家能不能给些建议，到底买哪个啊？有开edge的，能不能说说你们的感受呢？
