The insurance company give you 12k is very good. I checked kbb.com: 2006 Odyssey EX-L with 80k miles will be $13,800 at excellent condition. You can try it out with more accurate info. My guess is you did get the max value for your vehicle. You have to take the loss and move on. New day is coming
