请教个远程打火的问题

刚给我的SUBARU OUTBACK 加装了个远程启动, 主要是对付寒冷的冬天.
不是原厂的.
它只把ENGINE启动了, 热风啊,座椅加热啊,都不启动. 只有等我的钥匙插进去了, 风才出来, 座才开始加热.
不知这是否正常. 也可能安装的人没有PROGRAM好?
