Please help me to select which suv is better?

Wanna to update my current RAV4, Option:

Acura RDX
BMW X3
Q5
GLK350

Which one is better? For Germany car, 2.0T is good enough? 3.0 is a little expensive than 2.0T and consume more gas.

Any suggentions are appreciated!Thanks a million!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
