  Somebody did a video analysis and from eyewitness statement, the motorcyclist did brake-check the suv, the suv slightly bumped the cycle, which you can see in the beginning of the video, what you cant see and this is based on eyewitnesses, the guy who got bumped got off his bike and tried to open the suv door, thats when the suv took off. From those statements, i would beleive the suv driver acted like a man protecting his family.

  I have owned a motorcycle for the past 25 years. If a bunch of thugs were swarming my vehicle and my wife and children are in the car, you can bet they are going to get their #$%$ run over. Much rather use my car as a weapon in that situation than to end up in the hospital or dead myself.
