多次启动才能发动车，去AutozoNE和Auto parts检查电池得出不同结论.

开始去AUROZONE，说电池太久了，７年多了，而且仪表也显示＂BAD BATTERY＂，并推荐４种不同电池，但店里目前只有最贵的税前１２８刀的。觉得太贵，然后去AUTO PARTS，说测不出来，必须将２电极周围的绝缘材料清除干净。之后测量显示电池没有问题。并建议回去再将２电极拔出来清洗干净后再重新接好。

请问，卸电池需要哪些工具和绝缘材料？另外，有哪些安全注意事项？
