first, power steering fluid does not need to be changed.  you will only top off when need be.
secondly, toyota corola spark plugs are of platinum from manufacturer lasting way beyond 60kmi; do not change that unless you have experienced the symptoms i listed on my earlier posts.
check "penny saver" magazine, typically arrive in your mailbox weekly, you should be able to find your neighborhood shops doing right prices.
