if i were you, i'd only do these at 70kmi:

1) change transmission fluid/filter - around $60 total - if they charge you more, it's a ripp off, find another shop.
2) flush brake fluid - this is a safety thing so don't be negligent - around $60 or less.  check thickness of brake pads; change if need be.
3) change air filter  - maybe $30-40?

if no symptoms of retarded engine performance, you can leave it alone.  spark plugs can be changed until you feel any of the following conditions:  sluggish in picking up, shaking or tend to stall when waiting for green lights...

reminder - do not go to any lube shops such as jiffy lube, econo lube and tune, lube monkey, etc.  if no good shop you are aware of, you can go sears (most of them have car services department); they are trustful generally.
