请教关于engine mount

因为轮胎内侧磨损异常，本来以为要作alignment ,结果被告知engine mount 有问题了，车行演示给我看了，轰油门时确实看到engine 在上下晃悠，看着还挺严重的。
Labor 200， 让我自己去买零件。2001 passat GLS V6 FD.
车行人说是买both side. 
结果去网上一看，至少发现三个东西都被称作engine mount.
不知道该买哪个了？左右各一个，中间还有一个吗？
这活自己能干吗？
