螺丝锈了，alignment调不动

2005年Subaru Outback 2.5i
换了front axile, 什么link，还换了胎。去Mavis Discount Tire做4 wheel alignment，被告知后轮的alignment教不准，因为调整螺丝绣了。说是要换两边的rear trailer control arm，还说只能去dealer换，或去dealer买零件换。

我不会修，怎么才能最省钱把它整好（哪儿买零件、哪儿修）？
