I have a 06 XLE with 85k miles. I bought at the end of 06 and plan to drive it until 200k. I do all the maintenance by myself: oil change, transmission fluid, engine filter, cabin filter and spark plug (at 120k). It looks like new. You shouldn't have any problem to drive for another 3~4 years.
The only thong you need to do is timing belt change ($500~1000 or so).
