我的车烧机油怎么办？

2004 年Infiniti,  发现开了1千5百迈就有像拖拉机的声音，达达达，不是很响，但能听到，尤其走local 时。
修车厂说是开始烧机油了，要我有声音时就去换油。

我在想是否可以就加点机油进去，不用换，等开了3千或更多时再换？
还有，加什么牌子的机油？我去PEPBOY 买，机油怎么说？ 谢谢
