2013 focus hatchback problem from transmission

Just bought a ford focus new car. Found the  grinding metal noise from frontside  ( could be transmission). There are tons of compaints for this problems, but ford company no idea to fix.  Right now only 1000 miles on it

Anybody has simialr experience?
