继续请教汽车尖叫声音的问题

今天新买了一个driving belt换上以后尖叫的声音更响了， 以前是踩油门时尖叫， 现在是发动车就尖叫， 即使是在刹车状态。 这个driving belt连接6个皮带轮， 汽车不发动的状态下， 5个皮带轮可以手转动， 一个轮不能手转动（见图）， 但是汽车发动后8个轮都跟着转动， 这个正常吗？ 请有经验的朋友再帮忙看看是哪里的毛病？ 大谢！
