Sorry to hear your misfortune

希望您能拿回点补偿。这种事过去发生过不少，我敢肯定现在正发生在某个或某几个不幸的车主身上，也将会不断发生，有一次我让Toyota dealer给老婆的Camry换油，他们居然把应该加5qt搞成5.2qt.我专门去质疑，service manerger 竟然说应该是5.2，我说你看手册去！

别以为dealer比谁都懂，他们也许知道的比我多，可是他们干活绝对不如我仔细。
