请问大侠们：买新车时是否需要买Vehicle Protection Plan

买了一辆Toyota RAV4给儿子住校外买东西和返回家（4小时车路）用。买车时，finance的人强烈建议购买10 year‘s Vehicle Protection plan （$100 deductable per service） for $1，890.  The plan covers Parts and & Labor for Covere Repair, Rental Car, Towing, and Travel breakdown cost.  I am thinking that the new car has 3 year warranty and I bought car insrance.  已经买了，这两天可以推掉。请问这个plan需要买吗？ 大家都买不买这样的plan？ 谢谢。
