A 3-year-old Milpitas boy was killed in a horrific crash on Tuesday that injured his father and left his mother clinging to life.  His father lost control of a maroon four-door 2009 Honda Accord that struck a tree along Paseo Padre Parkway. The impact split the car in half and flung a child's car seat from the back of the sedan into a chain-link fence, with the boy still strapped inside.  This is a 35 mile limit local road:
